WHAT IS IT?

On the 12th of December 2021, ISM Westcoast held their very first Christmas In the Park event. From 5:30 - 7:00, we welcomed the ISM community into the Holyrood Pavillion park in West Leederville. Students were invited to bring along family and friends to celebrate Christmas the way ISM knows best, with a picnic, sausage sizzle and carols and a surprise Santa visit.

OUR LITTLE PERFORMERS

Leading up to the event, each class was given an entry form where they could prepare a Christmas musical item as a solo or group. They are also encouraged to play with friends or family; for example a duet with Dad! We offered three prizes for…

1. Most creative performance

2. Highly skilled performance

3. Best costume!

The awards are designed to encourage the students to participate and be creative with the skills they have learnt.

THE EVENING

We congratulate all of the little performers and prize winners. It has been such an amazing year at ISM and Christmas in the Park was a lovely way to wrap up and end the year on a high. Due to the events success we will be running it again in 2022 - Can’t wait to see you there!
