CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Only the selected pieces emailed at registration are accepted for entry.
A copy of the Adjudicator’s report will be made available free of charge at the end of each section.
Competitors must compete in the order in which their names appear in program, unless otherwise directed by the convener on duty. If not present when called upon, competitors may be disqualified. No competitor will be allowed to appear PRIOR to the programmed time of section.
ISM reserves the right to video or photograph any entrant, item or event in the Eisteddfod without notification, unless the entrant advises the Eisteddfod in advance their photo is not to be shared.
Recording of performances on video is not permitted. Photography is permitted so long as a flash is not used.
In all sections, prizes will be awarded according to the decision of the adjudicator, who may not necessarily award any or all placings including if there is only one competitor in a section. All decisions of the adjudicator must be accepted as final.
No person will be allowed to speak to the Adjudicator or approach the Adjudicator's table, except Committee members.
